Check out these opportunities to participate with other adults in Bible study and fellowship. Feel free to join whichever group seems appropriate.
Adults and children alike gather on Sunday mornings at 9:30 for a variety of Bible studies. Options for the adults include Old Testament, New Testament, and Got Questions (seeking biblical answers to various topics of interest).
Miss out on Sunday morning? Join us at 6:30 PM for a Bible study led by Jeff Strite. Communion is included for those who haven't had the opportunity to partake.
Home groups start and finish as the need arises. Current groups include:
Jewell home- young adults are invited to come over on Monday evenings at 7:00 for study and fellowship.
Hardy home- all are welcome to join Wednesday evenings at 6:00 from early May to late October (depending on seasonal weather).
Check back regularly for other groups that are forming or talk to Scott Jewell if you'd like a part in starting another group.
Join our men on Saturday mornings at 8:00 throughout the school year for breakfast and Bible study. Meals are prepared at the church, allowing time to catch up on each other's lives as we eat. The study is based on the lives of the various men listed in Scripture, some well-known, others obscure, all with life lessons to be learned. To find out which man to study, contact David Larimore or click here.
On the third Tuesday of each month, our seniors gather at 5:30 for dinner at the West Side Diner. The meal is accompanied by updates, humor, and a devotion. Looking to connect with seniors? This is the perfect opportunity.
Looking to connect with other women of faith? Check out the following opportunities that take place at the church building:
Linda Risen leads a group on Thursday mornings at 9:30.
Deena Byrkett leads another group that meets on Thursday evenings at 6:30.
The Sister Servants get together on the second Tuesday each month for a variety of projects. Watch announcements for details.
